Should you wish to return or exchange any item you have purchased through the website, please follow the returns procedure guidelines illustrated as follows; we will endeavour to make the exchange process as easy as possible.
We require notification for exchange or refund within 10 working days of receipt of your goods. We will only exchange/refund goods upon prior notification and agreement.
1. Please e-mail email@example.com or call 0845 459 1029 to confirm that you wish to exchange or return the goods. Please state why you want to return/exchange the goods.
2. Send the item back to us, preferably using a recorded delivery method. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
3. Once received, and in a resalable condition (see paragraph below) we will send out the replacement product(s), or process your refund as applicable.
4. PLEASE NOTE: In the case of an exchange being required due to you being sent incorrect products i.e. you did not receive what you ordered, we will send out the correct goods and include a postage paid postal bag for you to return the incorrect items to us. Discover Swimming reserves the right to amend this process at any time.
All goods for exchange/refund (other than faulty items) must be returned in a re-saleable condition, along with all labels, hang tags and all original packaging. Please also include a copy of your original receipt of payment, and your contact details.
In terms of goods returned for a refund, on receipt of the goods Discover Swimming will refund your credit card within 30 days. Please note that the cost of postage and packaging will not be refunded and the cost of the refund transaction will be also be deducted, unless the item is faulty.
For all goods that are returned for exchange, please specify the product code, size and colour that you require. If the goods for exchange are not faulty then an additional p&p charge may be applicable, this will generally depend upon the size and weight of the item. We will confirm agreement for exchange with you and notify you at that time whether there will be any additional p&p charge.
Again, we strongly recommend that any goods that are to be sent back should be sent by secured mail e.g. Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail. We will not accept any liability for goods lost in transit.
